Chrysalis artist Charlene won the 3rd place at the Phoenix Sister Cities International Art Competition. The submissions were sent by a diverse array of artists from age, gender, to nationalities, Phoenix, US; Chengdu, China; Ramat-Gan, Israel; Calgary, Canada; Himeji, Japan and Taipei; Taiwan. Among more than 100 submissions, Charlene's "Riverbank House" stood out and won the 3rd place.
